The Customer License Management page is accessed from the Portal Home page by selecting Customer License Management.
The Customer License Management page includes a list of customers which is the starting point for accessing all license management functions. The list can be filtered to find a customer and individual machines can be found using the Advanced Search. All license functions are accessible beginning at this page.
The first step in managing a license file is to identify the customer associated with the file.
Customers can be filtered by the Customer Number or by the Customer Name.
Advanced Search allows users to search for a specific machine using the Machine ID or Machine Name. The search can be refined by entering a Customer ID or Custom Name. At least three characters in the Machine ID or Machine Name must be entered to perform a search.
Customer has no license file data
Add License File - Takes user to Edit License File page
Edit License File - Takes user to Edit License File page
Upload License File Request File(s) - Takes user to Load License Request page
Download Customer's License File. The default filename is the "Customer Number_license.tof," for example, "DE0011_license.tof." Unless specific machines are selected, a single license file includes the licensing information for all of the selected customer's machines.
Allows the user to a Select Machines to include in a license file.
The Customer List is updated daily by syncing with the HubSpot database.
